Artist Statement 

​

Kat is a lover of all forms of art and is a self taught artist. She is at her happiest working from her small home studio in Brisbane, Australia. Kat works in all mediums and enjoys dabbling into different styles, but her first love is figures and portraying emotions through them. Her inspiration comes from her love of nature, animals, life experiences and culture. Her unique style is developed from a mixture of imagination, instinct and emotion, bringing the canvas to life! Kat hopes her art invokes a deep sense of emotion and passion and ultimately wants to bring colour, warmth and happiness into peoples lives!

• Kat's paintings are in private collections throughout Australia, Canada, Europe, UK and the USA.

• Kat has donated art and funds from Art Sales to different charities for fundraising, including WIRES and artforbales for the Australian Farmers.
