A Jester’s Song

You can hear her song playing as she sits in her room, dressed in her favourite entertaining outfit. The only people that can hear her songs are the souls stuck behind doors, in apartments with their walls closing in. Her songs gave them life, gave them something to look forward to everyday they opened their eyes. The monotony of their daily lives in an upside down world was broken up by the beautiful notes flickering out from her fingers upon the strings of her instrument.
